Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
We are delighted to announce that we now accept cryptocurrencies for payment. For payment under 10'000 CHF we accept many providers (can be seen on the bottom of this page). For payment over 10'000 CHF we accept payment in bank transfer, cryptocurrencies or cash (up to the legal limit 100'000 CHF) in our office in Geneva, Switzerland.
If you are based outside of Switzerland you may have to pay import duties. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. While we ship worldwide, the applicable charges vary by country and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend consulting your local customs office for detailed information.
Shipping times depends on where you are. Once your order is processed, we will provide you with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-6 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Given the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our items. If you receive a product that is not as described or is defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Yes, all shipped items are insured for their full value. This insurance protects against damage or loss during transit.
Authenticity is paramount in our business. All our items are 100% authentic.
Watches
We can source most modern luxury watches. Vintage or specific year models may be harder to find. Contact us for more details.
Industry standards recommend servicing every 3-5 years. However, we recommend servicing your watch only when something is wrong.
Not all watches can be repaired, especially if the damage is extensive or parts are scarce. Anyhow, please contact us for further assistance.
We can assess a watch's authenticity during an in-person appraisal. We cannot determine authenticity from photos or videos.
Every watch we sell is accompanied by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear damages, including scratches, damage to glass, and wear on leather or rubber straps. Additionally, damages incurred from using the watch beyond the manufacturer's water resistance specifications or from physical/accidental impacts are not covered under this warranty.
